“Our first time ordering from here. Food was delicious!! Although, one of the orders was not correct. My wife ordered a Hunan beef meal, which was supposed to include fried rice and roti. Instead of receiving roti, she received an order of white rice…. which means she received two orders of rice!! She was not happy and we did not receive what we paid for.“

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “Had dinner there Saturday first time. Treehugger burger and gearhead burger were very good as were the fries. Had risotto balls for appetizer, terrible. Risotto mushy and flavorless. Chef needs to add chicken stock, heavy cream and parm and not overcook. Coating was good and crisp. Will go back , but try meatballs instead!!“

We had a gift cart. Everything was very good and the breadsticks at no longer flat but are round like they used to be. The first batch were a bit under baked, but the 3nd was great.
Waitress was exceptional.

It was a toss- up between 5 stars and 3 so I'm going with 4. It would've been 5, but WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ONCE DELICIOUS BREADSTICKS?!?! They used to be single sticks, round and buttered. Today, they were flat/stuck together without ANY seasoning or butter, and VERY DRY. I hope someone just messed up & today's BREADSTICKS aren't the norm.“

“I'm very impressed from my experience tonight. I drove through around 6:45. I asked for a particular sandwich, which they said they were out of the bread, for. The employees found enough to make my sandwich! It was probably one of the best I have tasted, from there. Thank you for your kindness, and not just trying to say no. “My girls and I came out for a little brunch date when some man, looked maybe 50-60 year old started taking pictures of us. He has been known for doing this here and surrounding areas in McCandless Crossing/McKnight. A worker Maria was on break and kindly took us out of view from him as we were unaware of the situation. He conveniently left when we got up and she gave us free cookies for the inconvenience. He is know for taking pictures of kids too so please be aware out in these areas!!
