“Our first time ordering from here. Food was delicious!! Although, one of the orders was not correct. My wife ordered a Hunan beef meal, which was supposed to include fried rice and roti. Instead of receiving roti, she received an order of white rice…. which means she received two orders of rice!! She was not happy and we did not receive what we paid for.“

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “Had dinner there Saturday first time. Treehugger burger and gearhead burger were very good as were the fries. Had risotto balls for appetizer, terrible. Risotto mushy and flavorless. Chef needs to add chicken stock, heavy cream and parm and not overcook. Coating was good and crisp. Will go back , but try meatballs instead!!“

“We checked in, then people that came in after us got seated, when we checked to see what was going on, we were not in the system, then the table we were seated at had the previous people check on the table side paying kiosk, not cleared so the waitress thought we were them so waited awhile to serve us, then she rarely checked on us after that , we had to ask other waitresses to help us“

“I'm very impressed from my experience tonight. I drove through around 6:45. I asked for a particular sandwich, which they said they were out of the bread, for. The employees found enough to make my sandwich! It was probably one of the best I have tasted, from there. Thank you for your kindness, and not just trying to say no. I could tell the employees were probably exhausted from the day; But they were kind, considerate and welcoming. I can only imagine how busy they have been, and how many customers are not kind. It must be frustrating. They deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Especially the gentleman working the drive-thru window. Thank you!
