“This is one of the cleanest and friendliest subways in this area. The TEENAGERS who work here, are absolutely wonderful to the people who respect them. As it should be. If you want better service from them, be better customers! I can personally attest to the level of compassion to simply want to make sure you get what you ask for, comes from this establishment! WITHOUT attitude as some others have complained. Through covid, these girls have taken just about every initiative they can to assure healthy and safe service. This is their job. They are not required to respect you. You came there. You opened your rude mouth, and you didn't speak to the person who upset you, about upsetting you. “Always love Bob's. I've never been to the other locations, but the Tarentum location has never been a disappointment. Staff is always friendly & helpful. I always get the chicken salad (not Bob's way). In fact, this is one of my favorite chicken salads! I do not like celery, or anything else that crunches when you bite it, so I love that the 'crunchies' are chopped tiny, so they don't really crunch when I eat it. My husband has tried several (all Bob's way), and all have been good.“

“W were a harmar location yesterday. We purchased a large pizza and the tray the server put the pizza on was filthy. It even had sauce smeared on it. The pizza was not cooked enough. The server was there but very unfriendly. I asked to be rated in the non bar area because I'm on crutches at this time. We were seat right beside the bar.“

“This is def my fave local subway location. I’m not sure what her name is and I’ll def make sure to get it next time but whoever was your closing employee 4/8/24 has once again done an amazing job. She makes sure the orders are what the customer is looking for exactly and really goes out of her way to do so. She’s such an asset to your team!! She has given me an exact same experience a few months ago when I told her that I had ordered a sandwich from the McKnight Road location and had a really horrible experience. She went out of her way to make sure my sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. And did so again tonight, even though I came in really close to closing. “Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

“Food was fresh and good. It was served well. Employee was working hard and he seemed to do hardest he could, he had front of store looking nice and was busy busy. Sadly appeared to be working alone. Saw dead cockroach in bathroom, that's not good for restaurant. Kinda made me nervous to go out and eat my food. Only reason I did was I saw how well he kept the front area clean and how well he did at preparation and cleaning between subs. Maybe having a second employee would have helped keep rest of place clean. Get exterminator in the place!“

“Good subs...hot and cold. The staff is accommodating to special requests, like using a different cheese on a sandwich or adding lettuce and tomato to normally naked sandwiches. It's worth looking in your mail or inside local magazines for discount coupons that reduce the price by several dollars or by a percentage of the total bill. These Subs are not cheap but they're also a higher quality than what is available at some places.“

“Right next to Walgreens as u come off the Homestead High Level Bridge. Service was Excellent. Nice young guy waited on me and he was super friendly and knew his job. I was a manager at a Subway years ago and I would have hired 20 of him! Hey Management: He'sDefinitely out to win new customers and I Definitely will be making that my new Subway! And my home actually has a Subway/Board game night when we spend time away from cellular/internet and have good old fashioned fun. Try it ppl... it became a life changing experience in our home. And add Subway to it!? ?

Vegetarian options: I had my veggie sandwich which I absolutely love. Not a vegetarian but for a healthy light lunch, theirs are fresh and plentiful. Delicious“

“My fiance and I went to Asian Kitchen next door. We saw that they still offered Dine In according to Google Maps, so we were expecting to drive out, get our food, and eat it there. Unfortunately, they have their dine in closed, so I asked the Subway next door if we could eat there. The two very kind girls behind the sandwich line were understanding and happily allowed us to dine in there with our food from the Asian place next door. I got drinks and dessert from Subway bc I felt bad about eating there without buying anything. The fountain drinks are very large at a very low price, and the cookies are nice and fresh.

Vegetarian options: You can get sandwiches without meat if you like, but the menu is definitely geared towards getting sandwiches that use meat as the foundation of the recipe.

Kid-friendliness: Tables are small, it would be awkward to make enough space for a child seat at the end.

“I stopped in here on my way to Apollo, around noon on March 16, 2024. It was very clean, not too busy. Was served right away by a delightful young woman. Got a Tuna sub which was excellent! This is the nicest SubWay I have ever been in.

Parking: They have about ten parking spots on 3 sides of the building.“

“I just got the Fish Fry food and let me tell you!!!! The fish sammich with lettuce and American cheese was awesome but then I ate the Haluski and that was made with some love! Homemade noodles, just the right dose of butter! The crab cakes are excellent. Every Friday fish from here.“
