This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. Based on customer reviews, this Chick-fil-A location offers exceptional service that goes above and beyond. The staff, including Kristi, Patricia, Rory, Caitlyn, and Samantha, are consistently described as sweet, friendly, and thoughtful. Kristi never fails to go above and beyond and always has a smile on her face. Patricia was the nicest lady ever, making sure drinks were refilled and all the sauce was needed. Rory kept coming around to check on customers and, despite being extremely busy, always had a smile on her face and was very respectful. Caitlyn at the register always has a nice word to say and makes customers feel right at home. The service is better than some of the finest restaurants, and the employees who did the refills gave the same excellent service. In one instance, when a car battery died after breakfast, staff let customers sit on the patio for almost 2 hours. Specifically, Samantha came out multiple times to check on them, refilled drinks, brought a dog water and a treat, and even offered to get jumper cables. The service is so impressive that customers have mentioned it is the first time they have ever mentioned service in a restaurant.
