Always great service & food. Very friendly & helpful staff, especially Rebecah at the register! I was having trouble with my phone app and she took the time to assist me. How refreshing to see a nice young person who was willing to help a senior citizen who is not tech savvy! Super busy location, nice to see.

My mom was up to visit and lives Chick-fil-A. We had a day of shopping planned so we went through the drive-thru for a quick bite. This was my first time in one of their drive-thrus and it looked rather lengthy and I was thinking maybe I made a mistake not just walking it. But I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the lines went!I didn't know the 2 lanes merged into one after ordering. So that was a bit confusing. And the guy to the right of me was mad bc I was inching forward. Not sure how I was supposed to know that he was supposed to go ahead of me. For all I knew it was an inbound at the Squirrel Hill tunnel type situation.Overall pleased with our visit.
The drive thru was a lot faster before the remodel, no matter what time of day. They should have installed video screens to watch a movie while you wait.
20 minutes in the drive thru and then I get home with my $50 order to have my “spicy chicken deluxe” sandwich meal be a piece of chicken and 1 pickle…

After solving the maze of how to go through the drive thru, we arrived at a tiny booth with an employee in it to take our order only to find the menu board about 40 feet beyond the booth. Since we couldn't see the menu and are not frequent customer's the polite employee gave us a menu on laminated paper. Placed our order and pulled thru to merge with other lanes. We were handed our food in a reasonable amount of time, drove 2 miles to our next stop eating the waffle fries along the way. When we stopped to eat our chicken sandwich, s they were cold. Very disappointed at this point and may choose somewhere else next time.

Chick-fil-A is the epitome of what a fast food restaurant should be. Beyond the fact that the quality of their food is superior in quality, the service is always a notch above every other fast food chain. And their efficiency is amazing. The government could learn some valuable lessons just by going through a Chick-fil-A drive-thru.
Our favorite fast food chain. Always busy but service is swift, servers are friendly and professional, dining area and bathrooms are clean, and food quality and taste is fantastic. Prices are not cheap but on par with other fast food restaurants and worth it for the quality.Parking: Always packed but parking available. Drive thru is quick and efficient even though busy.
