I used to love Hoss's resteraunts, then all the ones around my area closed a long time ago. I was a bit skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was great. The waitress was very nice and attentive.
I personally feel the entree prices are a bit high, so for a long time now, I haven't had anything but the salad bar, which has typical, basic salad buffet choices - nothing noteworthy.
Staff is typically quite friendly, although one time in the past, one of the assistant managers gave us a real hassle.
It's a relaxing atmosphere - rarely noisy.
