you literally can't walk in without showing your membership card, cannot make a purchase without your membership card. But you now get accosted by an angry employee asking to see your card at self checkout, he should not be allowed near customers. Sam's club is looking good.
They recently changed their handicapped parking. They actually took some away. It is next to impossible to find a spot with a buffer zone, and today someone was actually parked in the buffer zone. Costco really needs to look at their disability resources and fix the parking situation. Customers need to familiarize themselves with the purpose of the buffer zone.
