“They recently changed their handicapped parking. They actually took some away. It is next to impossible to find a spot with a buffer zone, and today someone was actually parked in the buffer zone. Costco really needs to look at their disability resources and fix the parking situation. Customers need to familiarize themselves with the purpose of the buffer zone. And since some jerk in a pick-up didn’t know, the purpose of the buffer is to allow wheelchair access in and out of a vehicle. I would really like to know if or when Costco plans to remedy this, as it will affect my membership renewal.“
