“This restaurant knows how to wine and dine their customers! From being greeted as we walk in, to being sat and served, the staff is wonderful. I can't say enough about Bob who makes us feel like family! He treats the kids like they are his own. Food is always perfect, and my favorite is the Papperdalle Ala Fungi❣️ Worth every penny you spend!”
“The name speaks for itself! Best seafood restaurant I've dined at in Pittsburgh so far ...well, it's actually in Warrendale. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and the food was extraordinary. Many different menu items to choose from as well as an extensive wine selection. Hope was the server and an excellent job of ensuring the meal came out hot and within a timely manner. Her down-to-earth personality makes you feel very comfortable and at home and helped for a very enjoyable dining experience.”
“I lived in Austin, TX for 6 years and Mitch’s BBQ brings me right back. The smoked meats, asian influenced dishes, and phenomenal sides make this place a must try. Be aware, they sell out! Also, save room for the homemade ice cream!!”
“Have went for dinner twice in the last week. First time had Kailee and second time had Katelyn. Very attentive and sweet girls. Food was very fresh and fast. A new regular spot for us!”
“Beautiful location and even better food! Was blown away by the Margarita Pizza. Drove an hour away and will 100% be coming back! Waitress was very personable and attentive and atmosphere was striking!”
“Great place, dive bar, lots of fun, smoking, no food but great beef jerky/snacks. Lots of fun, always a good time there. Cigar bar. Solid pours, make sure to tip ur bartenders. It's an experience every time I've been”
“Place is very nice.If you want to see bands come here!I have to say the security people are good except oneShe needs to work on her people skills. She is very Rude. The security guys say Things very nice and correct problems in a nice way! The girl security guard let it get to her head Thinks she is a tough guy! She is a #^"@*”
“I’ve been to this location quite a few times, they have great beer, smaller selection but great quality! Rather extensive food menu- great for lots of sharing appetizers. Kid friendly and their flatbreads are really good. The place has some great live acoustic music. ?Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly”
“I stop here about 4 times a year; always first thing in the morning. So many times, they don't seem to be prepared for business at 730am which is a peak time for most coffee places. But I manage to have to wait for cappuccino when I'm one of the only customers. Having said that; the coffee is okay; service is friendly but not efficient.”
“I grew up in Gibsonia, and moved into Squirrel Hill a decade ago. It makes me so happy to see a place like this open up, and bring a different type of food to the area. I went here with friends tonight, and was so impressed with everything. The service was great, the owner is so sweet, and I can not talk more highly of the food. This is a huge asset to the area and I wish them nothing but success.”
“Outstanding meal. Filets were perfectly prepared. Spring salad was unique and tasty. Great wine selection. Our server was excellent. Terrifically engaging, respectful, welcoming, and prepared.”
“Nice restaurant, good food with a nice size portion. Service was outstanding. We went for lunch. Plenty of parking. Will be going again. Huge selection of lunch specials.”
“The dining experience was very nice, staff were very attentive. The quality of food was good, my only draw back was the Kofte was dry and a little over cooked. Loved the rice, grape leaves, pita, and marinated red onions.”
“I heard some reviews about this place and had to give it a try. Extremely nice staff, flavorful food made with fresh tasting ingredients. I can tell the owner really cares about the food here it shows. I had the gyro wrap with fries and it was delicious. The house made hot sauce that came with it was awesome and the tzatziki sauce mixed with the lamb was some of the best food I've had. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be coming back!”
“I have been hoping to find a restaurant with Pho near me. Finally, found one. The chicken Pho was excellent. Chicken was sliced thin and was tender. All the herbs and sprouts were fresh. Nice portions. Will be trying other items soon.”
“Vivo always delivers an outstanding experience. The menu is limited, focused, and impossible to categorize. We often share a few items from the appetizer section, but also have some of the entrees, which feature, in addition to great food, reasonable portions (like in Europe). It's our favorite place.”
“I always get it to go but, the food is excellent no matter what I get, every time. The service is exceptional. The staff is so friendly and they definitely remember you coming back too.”
“Hugely enjoyed my super delux hearty tomato soup with crusty bread croutons and cheese last night! Note that "Comfort and Spice" operates from *inside* Necro, an awesome winter alternative to the usual food truck experience.”
“Got a dozen my very first time. I didn't realize how big they were! For 2 people, you do not need a dozen! lol Great cookies though. Everyone was very nice and quick. The store was clean and organized.”
“I don't leave reviews often but molly was such a good server I wanted to give her some recognition. She really made it such a great date night. Food was good and drinks were even better!”
“We forgot to take photos of the salads but they were great. The candied walnut apple chicken salad with champagne vinegrette was delicious. The boys split the carrot cake and highly recommend. The deep dish pizza was a favorite too. My husband liked the house Italian dressing too. Our server was great too. Definitely a favorite.”
“Cozy diner . With friendly and efficient service.. Large portions of well made breakfast and lunch items. Definitely worth a trip!Vegetarian options: Thick cut bacon and egg sides like an omelet”
“The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I liked that they have a chef driven/rotating menu, and everything is farm to table or supporting other local businesses (like breweries).Dietary restrictions: The menu had vegetarian and gluten free options. Also all of the specials were Lent friendly.”
“Wow!I prefer sashimi and my favorite is salmon and salmon roe. I just had the BEST salmon sashimi ever. It was so fresh.I got a tuna roll and salmon roll. They were also fresh and fantastic.”
“Great coffee, cute space, can't wait to come to events there.Vegetarian options: They have a variety of alternative milks for your beverage of choice and will specifically mention if something contains dairy.”
“This is one of my favorite breweries in the Pittsburgh area. The owner Mark is so nice, down to earth and hospitable. I’m a hippie who loves the dead ☠️ and dogs, being near water, live music, good beer, tacos and a hot crackling fire. This place is a GEM. I love everything about it.”
“Was looking for an alternative to pizza, and found fantastic fresh Spicy Tuna Sushi! Excellent rolls for a good price. They even gave me extra ginger, which I love. I look forward to trying more in the ”
“I ordered takeout and the food was great. Fresh herbs/Ingredients. The salsa was the only thing I wasn't super happy about. It tastes too much like tomato juice.”
“Was working in the area for a few days, not from around the area. Found this place driving by and decided to stop in. Man what a find! Anything on the menu is great. I ended up eating there for the remainder of my stay. Staff is really friendly. If you are looking for some authentic Italian food and great pizza and sandwiches, this is the place to be. If I lived in the area id be a daily customer.”
“Kelly O's is a great, classic diner with big portions of breakfast and lunch classics. They've been featured on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives for their delicious food. I love their pancakes. Kelly O's is just overall a great spot for the essential diner experience.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids!”
