ordered from doordash, our dasher called to tell us that the store gave our order to someone else and refused to remake it, claiming our order is on our way to us— while we talked to the store via the door dasher giving them their phone… now how could someone be bringing us our food if we’re talking to the store via the driver that’s there to get our order??? then wanted us to place ANOTHER order so they’d remake it— so, pay twice for an order? when we never got it...read full review

Fast, delicious & memorable
they was hot tender with seasoning especially the spicy ones 👍🏿😋. the jalapeño ranch sauce is fire. but get some Cole Slaw as a side.

Layne's Chicken Fingers serves excellent food and great staff. The chicken fingers are fresh, hot, and full of flavor, with some of the best chicken fingers ever had. The sauce is better than Raising Cane’s, with a bit of a difference in sweetness that is more sweet, though both sauces have the same peppery flavor. The jalapeño ranch is delicious and tastes like a queso almost. The fries are much better, with crinkle cut that are more fried and give that crunchy greasy fry. The bread is better, a buttery Texas toast. The family pack for $45 fed a family of 7 with leftovers. The 3 piece chicken finger combo for around $11 is worth it. The service is fast, with phenomenal customer service. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything tastes great. The dining area is clean but a bit gloomy, though the location on Pitt’s campus has plenty of seating. The wait time is almost none. Overall, it is absolutely the best chicken eaten in years, a 10/10.
