“The moment I spoke to the woman on the phone for a pick up order- I noticed how kind, upbeat patient and friendly she was. Her tone was very clear and upbeat. When I picked up my order- the voice over the phone matched all of this.
This was a very positive and joyful experience and this is important because sometimes simply ordering food can be the opposite. Beautiful employee. Thank you.“
“The restaurant on 422, Ohio, Niles, fantastic
Staff is wonderful.
Pizza Hut your call center did not send my order to this location. Having a call center for food orders is the dumbest idea ever!!!!!
The fact that I'm waiting after ordering 20+minutes ago is crap.
The staff here, the food, and the atmosphere are definitely wonderful.
Again call center taking orders and placing them is absolutely stupid.“
“Let me just say that I absolutely love the pizza box; the personal with one topping and the wings. Quick & delicious... and at $6.99, affordable! The store was clean & inviting. Now the actual manager took my order because the others were busy. Amy is a HOOT! Great personality & funny. I'll be back, again and again.“
