I ordered a pizza with extra cheese. There was not extra cheese. This wasn't the pizza hut taste I remember. I just didn't care for it. It is highly unlikely that I will be ordering again.
Andrew at the Ardmore location in Pittsburgh, PA was FANTASTIC!!!! After 3 attempts to place an order with the call center idiots failed, he handled my order correctly with ease! He deserves a raise for going above and beyond. P.S. Please get rid of the call center workers who take the calls first…rude, oblivious, and pure idiots.

I used to love eating at Pizza Hut. Didn't matter which location it was, they all got it right. But now it seems like a roll of the dice. You get your pizza, but it's cold. Or they forget a topping. Or they don't use enough dough and it comes out way too thin. For how much everything thing has gone up in price over the years, you'd think the service would go up too! Here's hoping to them getting whatever it is fixed.
