Had a wonderful experience today at Roman Bistro. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waiter David was terrific. I chose the perfect restaurant for my birthday lunch.
The service. Specifically, Jake the server. He was superlative. His attention to detail was way beyond expectations. He brought my companions food and apologized saying he'd sent mine back because he thought it was too dark. My mozzarella sticks arrived golden, crisp, and perfect. Such a dedication to excellence in standards can't go unacknowledged. Attentive and friendly. Praiseworthy indeed.
We enjoy it! Always a good meal, great drinks, and wonderful staff.
