The moment I spoke to the woman on the phone for a pick up order- I noticed how kind, upbeat patient and friendly she was. Her tone was very clear and upbeat. When I picked up my order- the voice over the phone matched all of this.
This was a very positive and joyful experience and this is important because sometimes simply ordering food can be the opposite. Beautiful employee. Thank you.

The lady who attended to us was super wonderful! She demonstrated superior customer service in ways we have not seen in a long time. She made the atmosphere very comfortable and pleasant. And, the pizza was delicious!

Called to make an order and a foreign person took my order whom I could barely understand and when I got there to pick up my order they didn't have my order on file at all. So Jessica who was working that day bent over backwards to get our order out and even gave us a discount due to the ordering mistake. Jessica deserves a raise and or put in charge because the manager that day was clueless. We was there may 3rd 2025. Pizza hut needs to fix that ordering process because...
