Wow! All I have to say was how amazing this Christmas Charcuterie box was! Not only does it look amazing,but my Lord does it taste amazing. From the homemade jarred Italian peppers and oil to the obvious high quality meats and cheeses they use. We started their delivery service and because of how amazing it was, we added their catering service and what a wonderful decision. Highly recommend!!!!

We did the order by Friday and pick up on Sunday. The freshness and quality of the ingredients at Prepped Wellness are remarkable. I’m not vegan, but I ordered a vegan meal, and it was made entirely with fresh ingredients—no Impossible Burgers here. The chicken in the dish I ordered was much better quality and more well prepared than any chicken I’ve had at a sit down restaurant and paid twice as much for. Each single meal easily feeds two people. Gino and his team get the highest praise from me!

And am impressed with my total costs of meals with delivery. I have been looking for a meal prep solution that did not include me and this was wellllllll worth it! I will order again!

Great place in Youngstown with options for all. Clean, modern atmosphere with friendly staff. I had the eggroll wrap and stuffed pepper soup and it was great. I also had the peanut sauce on the side, which was excellent.

5 Stars all around from my experience! These meals come packed with flavor and even my picky kids eat mostly everything I do from Prepped Wellness. Another major plus is their attention to detail. I have a fish allergy and they gave me the peace of mind knowing nothing would be cross contaminated from cooking to packaging and handling. Give it a try!

I am so busy that I hardly have time to cook. It’s nice to have home cooked delish meals delivered to my door. Not to mention, the recipes are like a trip around the world. A Thai dish one day and an African dish the next week. This isn’t the first meal prep service I’ve used but it’s by far the best ?????
This is my 5th full week of preppedwellness meal service. My diet was garbage and i was forever bloated. I love that the meals I'm getting are ones i would order from a restaurant and there are enough choices every week that I don't get bored. Never in my life have I eaten oatmeal and now i can't go a day without the overnight oats. Its easy to do this because it's good. Compared to doing drive thrus and restaurants daily, I'm saving a ton of money too. I can't recommend this meal service more. They couldn't make it easier for you either - cheap delivery AND text reminders.
