My wife and I are in town for granddaughter’s high school graduation and I decided to go back to a favorite from when I lived in Canfield 15 years ago and treat the parents to a night out at “The Upstairs” restaurant but now is Prima Cucina Italiana! Fantastic food and drink! Thanks to owner/chef Josh for a wonderful meal. Chad is a wonderful server and Adam is an amazing sommelier/bartender/host. Adam introduced me to a really fine Ohio bourbon (go figure!) and a perfect wine pairing for dinner and dessert. I did have drinks with every course, so you can probably spend less if you don’t go all out. Go check them out!
