I was in town for a home going service and needed everything to be perfect. My sister recommended Galaxy and they did not disappoint. They were able to handle my large order (11 pounds and three different types of fish plus fries) and had everything ready at the requested time. I visited last Friday and ordered 2 fried haddock dinners. One with mac and cheese and fries and one with fried okra. Everything was fresh tasting and cooked perfectly. The batter is a light cornmeal what I would call Southern style. Really good!
