I visited last Friday and ordered 2 fried haddock dinners. One with mac and cheese and fries and one with fried okra. Everything was fresh tasting and cooked perfectly. The batter is a light cornmeal what I would call Southern style. Really good!

I was in town for a home going service and needed everything to be perfect. My sister recommended Galaxy and they did not disappoint. They were able to handle my large order (11 pounds and three different types of fish plus fries) and had everything ready at the requested time. All of the fish were seasoned well and perfectly fried. The perch and catfish portions were generous and meet my expectations. The whiting filets were too thin, so just okay. Give Galaxy I'm sure you will be a repeat customer.
