We asked for two gyros and two fries we waited a long time which that was no problem but the gyros was cold on top we asked for no tomatoes but it had Tomato on both and then the sauce is supposed to be a tazikki sauce that’s a sour cream base not mayo it was just a mayo mixed, it’s already hard to find good gyros in the city but to pay 14 dollars for two gyros with 5 little hard pieces of meat and cold is crazy For as long as we waited our food should have been at least hot. The fries was hot so they was cool, I really forgot why I stop coming and I will always give places another chance but this is ridiculous.

I travel For work, & I came to realize that’s it’s never the Restaurant or the food, it’s always the People!! That’s working there & also who’s making the food,,,1st Time I went every thing went great! That’s why I went Back,,,The 2nd time Whole new staff & no one who was there the 1st time , I Ordered Cheese fries with Extra cheese,,, They put a whole lot of cheese as I asked & sat it Nxt to the Fries , This occur on March 6th rite B4 closing, The closing Manager has to be a relative Of Cooperate, ( Red Hair with Glasses) He is the Absolute worst. , Because of this I will be spending my money else where & will not be recommending this store to my Co-workers as I did plan on doin smhParking: Ok

The customer service in this location is a joke! The last 3 times I ordered from here, the same lady gives nasty looks and rolls her eyes when I ask for my French fries to be put onto a large box. My family likes putting vinegar on them. Well today that same lady was using the slicer & started bobbing her head, rolling her eyes & making a remark because I asked for a box. So I nicely asked for a managers number & she told the guy I asked a phone number & gave a number that's disconnected. The new owners that took over are nothing like the others. Very rude & disrespectful. It's sad to see this place fall apart because I have been eating there since I was little. Seems like that's happening a lot more nowadays.

Stopped in for a steak salad without tomatoes and onions. And the guy shouted over the meat slicer at me saying they don’t take things off of the salads anymore. I said okay, I don’t want it then. You can choose what you want on a sandwich but not a salad. Not everyone likes the powerful onions(even after you pick them off, whatever it touched still tastes like it) and gooey tomato guts. It’s the little things and the convenience in a busy day. I will continue to get my salads from the Columbiana location as they make it easier for busy people.

Normally good sandwiches. However, the children that work there start closing the kitchen early and do not offer a large part of the menu at that point. Ordered 4 sandwiches (in person), 3 came out. Guess who didnt get their meatball sub because they put plastic wrap over the tray and placed it in the fridge 2 minutes before I ordered. No warning, no explanation at counter until I inquired at which point, they were unapologetic and indignant. Don't worry, 3 weeks later, all new children working.

We always stop while in town visiting family. This time the roast beef sandwich that we always order was quite skimpy on the meat. We had a salad sandwich with a hint of roast beef and Swiss . Bread was super soft though.Fries were cold and they didn’t offer ketchup . Line was long so I wasn’t waiting for ketchup . Maybe try another local establishment next time.
