Whoever picks this over Jersey Mike's or any other sub shop I don't know what's the problem because this is the best place to get a sub and you get what you pay for. It is absolutely awesome. I've been coming here for 30 years and I will not stop coming here.
Seemed like the cashier was new, he messed up a order and was trying to fix it. Manager, a older lady with white hair was SOO rude to him, yelling at him in front of customers. Toxic work environment I would have walked out if I was him!
Best subs around. They've been in business for many years. They now have 3 locations that I know of. Everything is made fresh and to order.

Others note that while you get your money's worth in quantity, the quality lacks, with no frills on the sandwich, too much vinegar, and soggy bread. The meat on subs has very little meat. There are also concerns about cleanliness, as staff use gloves incorrectly by touching things and then making a sandwich. Service is generally good, but there was an incident where a customer was rude by cutting in line, though an employee quickly helped and apologized. The restaurant never answers the phone. While it is not as good as it used to be for some, recent visits have been just like remembered from years past.
