I’ve always loved Starbucks but lately they’ve been making my coffee horrible it’s watered down it’s gross they never mix up my coffee and never made right I’m so disappointed

I used to never have a problem with this location. They were one of the better ones I always went too. But recently they have gone down hill and it’s mainly because of service. Today I had place a mobile order for a drink, oatmeal, and a danish. I pulled up to the speaker and the girl said “I’ll be right with you” which I didn’t care about. It was a bit of a longer wait but nothing outrageous. When I got to the window she handed me the drink and danish and said have a good day. I said oh I’m sorry I had oatmeal too she said what and I repeated myself. She grabbed the cup of oatmeal and the spoon and gave it to me. No bag no apology no toppings. I was running late for work so I wasn’t able to stay and ask for things to be corrected. I’m not sure if she was new or just didn’t know but it was bad service and she didn’t seem to care at all.

The drinks have always been pretty good, way better then Dunkin! But disappointed in the food. Just got an Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella sandwich. They really were lazy putting the sandwich together. A corner of pesto ??♀️

Let me first say I come to this location everyday after work between 1:30-2:00 & have always order a grande mocha frappe - no whip. Have also worked in customer service for 35 years so I know it can b stressful however the below is totally unacceptable. Ordered same thing today & had to wait unusually long. When the girl who was working window today, new girl, brought drink to me it was almost jet black looking. Told her that was not what I ordered & she said she added extra mocha , which I did not request, & she asked if I wanted it remade. I said yes pls. The second one came out looking the same. I was just gonna take it but noticed there were cooks crumbles on top so I went in the store to let them know that this is not what I ordered & as I was standing at the counter the girl working the window was complaining to her coworkers about me & what she had to do. I spoke up & told her/them I am literally standing right here & heard every single thing she just said, she then looked down at the floor & turned around. I was told by another coworker that they had some new trainees & to please b patient. I stated I was that is why I came in after the second one was still not made correctly. She then proceeded to have an attitude because they had to remake again. They r to make what the customer orders & not add anything extra to try and b fancy. I don’t appreciate the fact that they were giving me attitude when all I did was come in to explain my drink was still not correct & also walked in & caught this new employee talking smack about what had just happened. I have NEVER had any issues at this location b4. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF THAT DAY & feel that that new employee needs more training on how to make orders correctly & the other girl on how to respectfully deal with customers

I ordered me a chai latte and by the time I finished it, there was a strand of hair at the bottom I have dreads so there is no way that this belongs to me or anyone else I know I am so disappointed at my first experience with this company being so terrible I will never come to the Starbucks ever again
