Update: this location continues to amaze me with their friendliness and customer service skills. Most businesses make excuses and say they cant find good help. This location is living proof that you can still provide customer service in 2025 if you choose to. ********************** This location has always been stellar with customer service. However this morning I was blown away by the level of customer service I got in the drive thru. In a world of terrible service and attitudes where nobody strive to do anything above and beyond anymore this place shines. I highly recommend a visit

Absolutely love it here. Every and all local Starbucks are amazing especially this one on Belmont Avenue. This is my second drink today from Starbucks and they made it perfect and amazing. Everybody is also very friendly and sweet. Wayyyyy better tasting coffee and drinks than Dunkin.

Been to this Starbucks many times and have never been disappointed in the drink. Workers are always kind and helpful since I can never wrap my head around the drink names or sizes.
Bought very small ice coffee. All ice, very little coffee. Have to rethink going again. No happiness in workers. Atmosphere bland. Hopefully caught them at a bad moment. Was not busy. Can see why many of these places are closing.

I used to never have a problem with this location. They were one of the better ones I always went too. But recently they have gone down hill and it’s mainly because of service. Today I had place a mobile order for a drink, oatmeal, and a danish. I pulled up to the speaker and the girl said “I’ll be right with you” which I didn’t care about. It was a bit of a longer wait but nothing outrageous. When I got to the window she handed me the drink and danish and said have a good day. I said oh I’m sorry I had oatmeal too she said what and I repeated myself. She grabbed the cup of oatmeal and the spoon and gave it to me. No bag no apology no toppings. I was running late for work so I wasn’t able to stay and ask for things to be corrected. I’m not sure if she was new or just didn’t know but it was bad service and she didn’t seem to care at all.
