Cold fries super long lines. I believe they knew the fries were cold when they handed them out the window. But I doubled back around to the window to quickly let them know. Sad sad!!!

Always have a situation with the drinks, always is more than 2 or 3 drinks we get with our meals, and 90% of the time 1 drinks is bad, or is not the drink we ask for but because we pick up the food when we get home is a error in our order. Example, we ask for 3 Coca Cola and we get Root beer or we ask for Sprite or 7up and don't has gas de soda. Come on make a period of time when the staff check the drinks making sure everything runs well.

Very rude workers this morning, not to mention they are opening 30 to 45 minutes late, then getting upset when people show up to order when they are supposed to open. Unprofessional

Went through the drive thru man who took my money was extremely nice!!! Except the manager who handed me my food was extremely rude does NOT know customer service whatsoever!! Also health code violation central watched manager bare hand grab ice put it in my drink. Lemonade was pure syrup! Very disappointed.

Rude Caucasian woman manger working the night of 10/18/2024 around 10:30 NEEDS A LESSON OF HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE! communication is very POOR to patrons. If the dining room is closed the door needs to be locked if broken it should be fixed for security issues but what we won't do as humans is talk crazy to dashers who are also just doing their job which also helps this company make money so in reality we are coworkers. To aggressively tell someone to basically get out and their trespassing of an open establishment is not how business should be handled. Line wrapped around the building shows y'all need help and management is poor with service and speed and judging by the looks on the workers faces their morale is highly low because of management. So to YOU rude woman I've too worked for Wendy's and it was NEVER ran this way from the staff to the service. To the owners she needs a course on how your guest are expected to be treated because that is surely not it. Bad energy being served.
