HOW I LOVE THE POWERS WAY PIZZA.... A TRUE BLAST FROM THE PAST

I grew up in the 70’s and 80’s, and I have been searching for a pizza shop that tastes like the Ole Days. The ones who used to make their own pizza sauce, and the crust was so good, that it made you crave more. I was told about Westgate in Boardman, so I gave it a try today. From the time I walked in, to the time I left, the gals working were very friendly and polite, and was very helpful with suggestions of things I would like to try out. Everything on the menu looked amazing. I went with a pizza with pepperoni, and 6 BBQ wings. I suffered on the way home to Leetonia, windows mostly up due to a rainy day, so got plenty of the smells of the pizza and wings on the commute. Once home, I was finally able to dig into. Words can’t describe how good the food was. The pizza was delicious just like the Ole Days, from the crust to the topping of cheese and fresh pepperoni. The wings were just as delicious. The sauce of both were spot on. The cheese on the pizza wasn’t heavy nor light, a perfect balance between the crust and sauce. So if you’re looking for a great place for pizza, subs, and wings. I’ll say the hardest part about eating here is not taking a nap afterwards, small joke. Very filling and definitely worth the drive and price. Thank you for the great experience. My #1 go to pizza shop now.

10 years being a customer till tonight I don't need a discount just because you served something it was not right, don't forget we pay you served. Even my dog wants to eat the &#--# 🍕 shame. Hey good luck anyways

Wings are amazing with many flavors. The pizza is decent. Was not impressed with the pizza but I'll be back for wings.

Best pizza not just in Ohio but we wish they would come to Florida Seminole county or volusia county ! You could make a fortune! The pizza here in Fla is mediocre at best.
We would eat here once a week and we really miss it. Can’t wait to visit back home to get some pizza

I place a large order once/twice a month ; they have always been on time or early and provided great customer service! We get wings and pizza !

Love Westgate pizza for party time…the Quad is always a pick for us. I love having different options when serving up plenty of guests. The veggie pizza & plain cheese pizza are 2 of my favs. Their sauce is delicious. Sometimes we order extra sauce to make it even more delicious. This is a thinner crust pizza so it will disappear rather quickly as it’s not heavy but again perfect when serving other food items.

Vegetarian options: Definitely try the veggie listed pizzas…they are delicious

Need to fully cook it. Not be in a hurry to get it out the door and another order in. I had called before and asked to cook it an extra minute. Was told we cook it fully it won't be raw. Well just got a raw one. Was first time and hopefully the last. Please cook fully. Raw doe is not pleasing.

?? staff need to wash their hands to many in there licking their fingers then boxing the pizza. Yuck! Rude and never see any wrong in what they do.
