I have been to the mineshaft a couple times and my experience was wonderful, the food was fantastic, and the drinks were great, all at a reasonable price! The last time I was there was a jazz night, and they made the atmosphere so inviting.The owners really go out of their way to make everyone feel wecome.I highly recommend this Bar!
I would like to commend the two new owners of The Mineshaft, who invited me to visit their newly acquired venue, which they have meticulously renovated within the past year. Having been there on multiple occasions, I plan to return, as I feel at ease in their establishment. The owners treat everyone with respect, and their efforts to revamp the bar are evident. Looks can be deceiving. I really wanted to give the place its flowers when it first opened under new management. For awhile, the place was decent. Thy had their fair share of growing pains but the things I saw through the months after were sub-par at best. The owners do not value feedback nor take accountability for their business decisions. Drink pours are always inconsistent depending on who is behind the bar and food is sometimes served undercooked, raw, or burnt (never consistent)....read full review
