“Spent the day in Zanesville seeing the sights and stopped in for lunch. The food was very good as was the service. Kudos to our waitress Tara Clark who recommended an excellent local craft beer to go with my craw tail po' boy. My wife also enjoyed her fried cod with slaw and clam chowder; the slaw tasted homemade with a little kick to it.”

“The store itself is fine but had a bad experience with their pharmacy. I had a prescription that my usual pharmacy (CVS) didn't have and this Sams was the first place i could find that had it. I dropped off the hand-written prescription and when I went back to check after not hearing anything for days they said they were still waiting to hear back from my insurance as to if it been approved or not. I waited a while longer, still nothing and then I finally got a paper directly from my insurance saying the medication was approved. I took it in to show to them and they wouldn't even look at it, said that they had to contact them directly. So at that point I was done and I asked to have my prescription back so I could take it somewhere else and they refused to give it back, said that another pharmacy would have to call them to transfer it. Thankfully I found a Meijer that had it in stock and by the time it was transferred to them they had it ready in a matter of days. I firmly believe that they were just being lazy about it and didn't care to have my business. The first and last time I will ever use this pharmacy.”

“I meant to do a review sooner and lost track of time. The restaurant looked clean and welcoming when I arrived. The server was super kind and attentive to my needs (drink refills and soup). I look around and see other people laughing and having a good time enjoying the company of others and some great food. The employees seemed to be in good moods and the vibes were contagious. The motto is accurate and true, When you're here your family. I'd also like to add that the amount of food offered to any person is crazy awesome. You could eat nothing but salad, soup, and or bread sticks and order a meal. Take the meal home and enjoy the endless soups and bread sticks and salad. You are doing yourself a favor and technically getting 2 meals for the price of 1. Load up and don't be afraid to take some home!”

“Stopped here on our way back home about 2pm. Place was packed but found a table reasonably quick. Food was decent and the prices were good. Beers, appetizer, two meals all for under 45 bucks. Our server was great. Although they do offer a kids menu, I would consider this more of an adult establishment. While we were there the group next to us was downing drinks, dropping F-bombs and being. Extremely loud. There's nothing wrong with that, they were having a good time and enjoying themselves. My wife and I didn't care, just probably wouldn't bring the small children there.”

Get the Barbacoa taco get the Carnitas taco then let the amazing lady behind the counter tell you what to add to it. I'm a Texan, and enjoy the food here. Prices are fair, the staff has always been pleasant, and accommodating. BBQ sauces are side-served, which I like as that is the Texas way. Texans use dry-rub, not slathered on thick sauces. Been going there for over 5 years. Try it, I think y'all are gonna like it !”

“While I'll still recommend it...I did go to the Twin Oaks location tonight and they had taken the adult grilled cheese with tomato soup off the menu. 😢😢😢 I just had it there a few weeks ago. They had also taken the zucchini appetizer off the menu. Everything I went there to order is not completely off the menu. And there isn't a suitable substitute. I hope you'll consider bringing those back.”

“I just want to take the time to thank and appreciate one of your employees that works here and the one located on Zane Street. Her name is Kayleena and she is the nicest, respectful, and most caring barista I have ever met! When I first started getting my cold brew, she would take a moment to talk to me and see how my day was going, ask me questions about my kiddos, ask me if we are excited for Christmas etc. She always stopped and talked to me. What she doesn’t know is, she always made my day. Usually I would be out taking a drive because my infant was extremely fussy and I was so stressed out and overwhelmed that it was my only moment of peace I’d get. I have 3 kids 6 and under. She was a breath of fresh air and a kind face during my worst days. I just think she should be noticed and appreciated. I’ve also seen her speak like this to all her other customers too. Thank you Kayleena for treating your customers with love, kindness, and respect every day. 🩷”

Service was quick and the restaurant was clean. Definitely one of the better Wingstop locations I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back especially if Makayla Smith is working.”

Well it’s definitely different than most would expect I’d imagine. The sauce seems to have a sweeter taste. I still liked it, but I could see why someone may not. 7/10 I know I’m writing this review like Keith Lee, but I wanted to give my honest thoughts because if you’re anything like me you read reviews & the help you with your decision. To summarize, we will definitely be going back. I’m excited to try the different appetizers& I really think their pricing is very reasonable.”

“I absolutely love this place; it is my favorite shop in the Downtown Exchange! It is one of the most reasonably priced places at the Exchange, as well. I have only had their chicken hibachi, because I couldn’t bring myself to try anything after liking it so much. You can pick between 3 veggies to add on and get 2 of them. The choices are zucchini, onion, and mushroom.”

“For gas station food it’s outstanding. Chicken was fully cooked yet remained moist and flavorful. Potato wedges (or jojos where I’m from) were crispy outside and soft inside just like they should be. I didn’t know about the sauces so I’ll have to try some next time. Shoot, for about $5 I got 2&2 and it was good! Also I wear a continuous glucose monitor (lingo) occasionally and the glucose spike was minimal. According to their website they don’t load the food with sugars and that reflected on my CGM. I would definitely eat Charlie Biggs Chicken again.”

“The Bob Evans we went to was on Maple Ave in Zanesville, OH. I used to work there myself and the store it's self has always been the best in town (we have 3)! The server that we always ask for, Amber, has been there for 11 years I think and it shows in just how awesome her service is! She definitely needs a raise!”
