The food is excellent, however the lobby is always dirty. With my schedule I am normally one of the first customers if not the first through the door. I get excellent service and the food is also good and hot, but the lobby is never clean. When I worked fast food, at close we were there an extra hour afterwards cleaning. I love coming to Freddy’s for the food, but I’m afraid that the place will get shut down for being dirty.

I used to love Freddy’s and would give it 5 stars. I still really like it, but they took away all of the custard sandwiches. I used to get the chocolate filled nutter butter and then got the regular nutter butter with my meals but can’t anymore.
