Came to this location with my family and it wasn't so great. The food was good, but the service was pretty bad. Our drinks took absolutely forever to get to the table and when they finally did, mine was forgotten. I mentioned it and was told she'd be right back, I then had to ask her as she was walking by 5 minutes later about my water and then she brought it. Also one of the drinks had this chunk of mystery gunk in it so we had it replaced, only to find more in the replaced drink. We just let it go and pushed it off to the side. I don't plan on coming back anytime soon.

Ordered nachos (beef) and the meat was so burnt and the smallest serving amount. Not sure why on earth I had to pay $16 for maybe $5 worth of food. Do better 🙄

Did Carside on APP at the Zanesville location but I couldn't get it to go through. A very kind employee took the order overvthe phone and everything was ready when I picked it up inside. Will definitely be back to Applebee's in the future.

They brought out food out twice while we were still eating and charged us for what they admitted was a computer mistake. I’ve never had an experience like this here before, but our waitress even admitted she was quitting after her shift so she didn’t care.

Terrible. Waitress stood and talked over my plate at a table for 2 mins before she decided to bring the food to our table. Food was not the greatest.
