A uniquely terrible experience. Ordered chicken tenders and a few other items. Wasn’t given some of the items, and the chicken they gave me was burnt black. Literally black. I took it back in and the manager just looked at me and said they all look like that. I said I’m not eating chicken that’s been burnt to death. She gave me a refund but no apologies or explanation. Who screws up that bad, then still serves it up for people. I mean, my god, you’re serving charred carcinogenic chicken to people and that’s just the way it’s going to be? You can’t make a fresh batch that’s not burnt to hell?! I’m amazed. Her attitude was cold and indifferent, and I didn’t appreciate it. Will avoid this Arby’s.

The manager was a dickhead and they lie to you and tell you that the special didn't start until the 30th of this month when it expired the 29th
Went thru the drive thru. Service was awful because he didn't hear everything I said for drinks. Only heard the food I ordered. Got to the window was only gonna give me 3 drinks of the 6 I ordered. Food was good but definitely poor customer service. Training definitely needed.

Come here to order food for my lunch but instead of only getting food that I order I also get a criticism by an employer name Karissa she start pointing out and criticizing about my accent which is unnecessary. She said that my accent is really too heavy and she really have a hard time to understanding me.
