The crew has an amazing vibe and they always find some personal connection with the customer even if it is the first time they've met them. The place is super clean and I've been there during the day and late at night.

I just had a meal at Arby’s with my friend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the service. The young cashier with pink hair behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. She asked us if we liked onions; we said no. Then she asked if the order was “for here or to go,” and we clearly said “for here.” When I ordered a drink, she didn’t add it correctly, and I noticed it was missing during payment. I had to ask her to add it again, and when I did, she gave me unpleasant looks as if she was bothered. On top of that, even though I said I didn’t want onions, my food came with onions, and even though I said I would eat here, she still made it “to go.” I usually really enjoy Arby’s food, but because of this negative interaction I was left upset and uncomfortable. Honestly, this experience made me feel like I don’t want to visit any Arby’s again.

Crinkle > curly & check ur order b4 u go & the apple turnover was good. Its like a croissant apple pie. Actually prolly the best fast food desert 🤔 wendys sugar cookie b hit or miss & mcdonalds got krispy kreme now lol & subway cookies b ok. Them gyros not half bad.

Half of the time food/service is good, the other half is a different story. Order accuracy is a crap shoot. In fact the only thing consistent is the fact that it's going to be slow. Slower than any other location I've been too. Milkshake machine is "down" every other time I go there. Sucks too, only live 2 miles away. It's a toss up which is worse: the Wendy's or the Arby's at the Airport exit. Won't be back to either one of them. Aug '24 I feel the need to ammend the review left previous. I have been coming back for about a year and must say that the service and the food has been top quality. I realize that our nature is often to complain quickly and loudly, but it's important to recognize a job well done too. Well done

My sandwich and fries were fresh and hot, but the real stars of this pit stop were the staff. Amber was an absolute sweetheart at the register; very kind and friendly. Front area was clean. No complaints.

We stopped for lunch off of the highway, and I suggested we go to Arby’s since we only had to make a right turn. It was attached to Love’s truck stop. My daughter, roast beef curly fries and a large Jamocha shake. I had the chicken bites and regular fries with the bronco berry sauce. Chicken was fantastic. Not too spicy or salty. I really liked the crinkle cut fries. I had never had the bronco berry sauce before. It was sweet and different. I’m glad that I was able to access honey mustard at the counter because I also got some of that. I would definitely recommend this stop if you are traveling.
