My sandwich and fries were fresh and hot, but the real stars of this pit stop were the staff. Amber was an absolute sweetheart at the register; very kind and friendly. Front area was clean. No complaints.

Food quality was awful. Bread tasted stale and food was cold. Fries were hard and also tasted stale. Cashier was rude, tossed the bags at me then shut her window without a word. At least she tossed a handful of napkins in the bag, that we didn’t need because we tossed the food. So that was cool.

An employee was cleaning the sink with detergent while wearing gloves. And when I ordered a burger, he didn't even bother to change his gloves and started cooking my burger with the same gloves he had just cleaned the sink with detergent. I was speechless.

After some initial confusion about cashiers taking cash only versus cash or credit, it went very smoothly. Food always decent at Arby's but this place stood out a being clean and being at a Loves Truck stop makes it all the more appealing.Parking: Not too many spots but being at a truck stop makes is highly transient and so there should be plenty parking for people coming and going in frequently

Old food serve order ready in 30 second how ??? We paid u not to get old food when I left then I see what u do with my order service ?????

The staff at this Arby's was super nice. While they had fish and fries - the fish sandwich wouldn't be back on the menu until lent. But they offered to put the fish on a bun with tartar and lettuce. It was delicious!!! My husband had the market fresh turkey sandwich and he was very happy!! Thank you to these folks at this Arby's for making our day!!!
