Not a clean location. The service is always terrible. They should not advertise as fast food. You can be the one person there, while ordering a single combo, and still wait 15 minutes. It’s even cold after the wait. I would find a different stop along the trip if I were you.

We stopped in at this restaurant on our way thru zanesville, we were impressed with food being so good! We were heading to see our daughter in hospital in Columbus. ON way back thru We thought we would stop and get a few cod sliders for ride home! My husband went in and he waited with no one at counter, while listening to someone talk about their personal life on the phone. He finally said you all still open, a voice from office area states ,yeah I be with you in a couple, while he continues to talk! NO THATS NOT HOW ITS DONE!... The visit earlier in the day was pleasant food excellent! GUY DO BETTER! THIS WAS 10-15-25 ...7:35 7:55PM

The food was what you expect. However, everytime i go there i am forced to go to the dining room because I drive trucks. AND EVERYTIME IT TAKES THEM ABOUT 15 MINUTES FOR A CONEY DOG. Meanwhile the drive thru is scootin and bootin. I'm not doing this anymore. It's just a lunchbreak ppl sheesh

Waited almost 20 mintues for chicken that was raw in the middle. Not to mention absolutely rude workers with VERY bad language behind the counter who had no care in the world that i had 3 under 10 kids with me. After the raw chicken we through the rest of our food away and left. DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY WILL MAKE YOU SICK!
