We stopped in during the hustle of Christmas Eve with a life threatening allergy. We alerted our waitress to our son’s allergy. She took it seriously and conveyed the message to the kitchen manager, Chris. He personally came to the table and went above and beyond, making sure my husband and I were aware of the possible cross contamination. We are so thankful for the staff here and the way they ensured our son’s safety!

We walked in and there was only 4-5 tables. We sat for over an hour waiting on our food. The waitress said due to all the take out orders??! Wow! We watched other people come in eat and leave and we still had no food. I won't be back to this location. Food was cold and not very good. Management needs to step in and fix this. I'm so disappointed because this was always my favorite restaurant.

The food was okay, I wouldn't say great or anything. First thing we walked in the greeter said hello grabbed two menus and walked away, normally used to them saying follow me. We never saw the waitress again until we we're finished eating so no refill on drinks.

I ordered the new dinner item, honey butter chicken with French toast. It was the absolute worst chicken I have ever had. It was so dry, it had hardly any coating on it, it looked like a piece of tilapia. Where was the powder sugar? Worst presentation. I did ask for another piece of chicken and was told that it would turn out dry also. Manager was nice enough to take it off bill.

Bad experience flies everywhere there was a hair in my food and management did nothing about it. Manager just ignored us didn't take accountability for the contaminated meal.And also charged full price for contaminated meal tables were'nt wiped down no hair nets.Very rude when we brought the situation to them never will we go back to that place.

I stopped in here on a Sunday morning. It wasn’t super busy as I made it before the church rush. The server was great. This was probably the best meal I’ve ever had a Bob Evans. I was pleasantly surprised. The biscuits were perfect. The omelette was good. The fruit cup was what impressed me the most. It was full and had a great variety. I would definitely come back here and would recommend it.

Service was slow for only 5 people in there shorted my husband's pancakes the country fried steak was over cooked the gravy tasted like crap. My daughters salad was pretty much the only thing they got right.

We stopped in and I ordered blueberry pancakes.the waitress brought them out and I was amazed at how small they were.smaller than a whopper at best! I was sure I was given a child's order,but no.the price certainly didn't reflect the size.i assure you it will never happen again! Oh,don't tell me to contact customer support you know I'm right,fix it.
