We stopped in during the hustle of Christmas Eve with a life threatening allergy. We alerted our waitress to our son’s allergy. She took it seriously and conveyed the message to the kitchen manager, Chris. He personally came to the table and went above and beyond, making sure my husband and I were aware of the possible cross contamination. We are so thankful for the staff here and the way they ensured our son’s safety!

I stopped in here on a Sunday morning. It wasn’t super busy as I made it before the church rush. The server was great. This was probably the best meal I’ve ever had a Bob Evans. I was pleasantly surprised. The biscuits were perfect. The omelette was good. The fruit cup was what impressed me the most. It was full and had a great variety. I would definitely come back here and would recommend it.

My daughter got some bad sliced apples. After we let them know the manager was almost instantly out apologizing and offering a substitution, adjusting or bill for the item, and explaining what changes to their quality checks to help prevent the problem again. I honestly think if the apples came in to the store already sliced that the problem came from the processing process not the store, but it was handled very quickly and professionally. I greatly appreciated it.
