Most Bob Evans restaurants live up to our expectations. The food is good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is pure B.E. and interesting. Try and go on off peak hours for the best service.

Service was good but the food was terrible. I asked for chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes. What I got was noodle soup over mashed potatoes. No chicken to be found. I told 2 different employees and both apologized but didn't offer any help. The meal was supposed to come with a biscuit under the potatoes but I didn't want it. I never even got a discount for not getting the biscuit. Wasn't even offered a substitute. I will go back for breakfast but never again for lunch or dinner.

We just finished eating at Maple Ave zanesville. We ordered the new veggie protein bowl. The picture showed the bowl FULL of veggies with two eggs on top. We decided to split one because it looked like a lot of food. When it came, the bowl was LESS THAN half way full!!! I was given a MEAT PLATTER to put my half, of the half onto. A saucer would have been plenty big enough! It was $12!!! That's a NEVER ORDER THAT AGAIN. Where was the meal! It was only a SIDE!!

The food was good but my car got hit while I was eating and they have no cameras at the Maple Ave store in Zanesville Ohio went in to ask manager to call police to make a report he would not then looked on social media and the guy that hit my car said there was nothing I can do about it because it was on private property and they had no cameras So eat by a window so you can watch your vehicle.

I ordered unsweetened iced tea and when delivered it was sweet tea. Mark the manager at the Maple Avenue did an awesome job of making it right. To General Manager, Rick, he does a great job. Thanks for taking care of the customer.

We had THE BEST WAITRESS tonight! Her name is Kelley and she super friendly and efficient. The food was great today and even the salad seemed to be larger than before. Kelley is the best server that we have had in months from any restaurant. She said she works evenings, so stop by to order something from her!

I mean Good Food but I rated 2 stars because 1# of the biggest problems there is that when your order a burger meal the burger itself is 11$+ and then they don't even come with fries I can go anywere else and get the fries free with my meal instead of paying anther 3 dollars for a side of fries and the drink cups are to small yes free refills but the cups are a joke no were worth 3 Dollars but they bob Evans people need to look at there menu again and see what's wrong because there are some stuff that only come with 1 item and burgers for the most should come with the fries for free spending almost 12$ for the burger that's Ridculas unless it comes with fries it's not worth it. Idk anther reason 2 Stars cause everything expensive here. And I would think a Dennys be Cheaper.
