It took over an hour and a half to get two slices of ham, green beans, and mashed potatoes. They said they were busy. I understand that holiday meals were being prepared too but this is not the first time that time management has been an issue. Please do better.

So I’m not feeling good and thought I would order some food because being sick I don’t feel like cooking at all, the restaurant is right down the street from me I done curb side so I didn’t have to get out because I’m sick! The so I’m watching the order process and it’s still saying it’s preparing the food! Finally I called and the girl said the food has been done! So I get there and show the girl the order in my phone and it’s still saying the order is still processing! The manager comes out and said she had it done! I said yes but I showed her the order on my phone that said the order was still processing! She said you’re right the fries probably are not good now! We will make you more this time! Like it was my fault! So being sick I had to wait another 4 minutes in the fries and how ever long it took the girl to tell the manager to come out to my car!! I should have gotten a little refund for all the trouble they put me through on their behalf but I won’t go there any more!!

Ordered the chopped steak It was burned on one side and the size of a hamburger patty thin complained to manager and it was 1/4 the size of the last chopped steak I had their the two side orders were smaller also. The mack and cheese was cooked as long as it should have been pasta was half Hard..... I told the manager THREE TIMES I WILL NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN....... I WILL NEVER NE BACK

With more staff in the restaurant than customers you would think you could place an order quickly but it took a while. It took over 35 minutes to get our food and an item was missing from both of our orders. Then we had to wait for those items to be cooked. Then no return to see if we needed anything including to refill my empty drink. The manager spoke VERY loudly to her staff and that was quite annoying to hear. Someone needs to fire whoever is responsible for cleaning the restaurant.

Upon being seated, our waitress promptly took our coffee orders. However, when she returned with the coffee, she forgot to bring any silverware for stirring. We had to flag her down for some, and although she apologized, the silverware still didn’t arrive. I eventually had to go up and ask for it myself. After placing our orders, we noticed that other guests who arrived after us were already receiving their food while we continued to wait. When our meals finally arrived, mine was lukewarm. My husband’s syrup and my dad’s sausage gravy had formed a skin, indicating they had been sitting out too long. My mom ordered four pancakes, while my husband chose a pancake and a French toast, but only received one small cup for syrup for all of it. We also had biscuits but no jelly on the side. I requested the hollandaise sauce on the side, which was provided, but there was also some pooled beneath my food. While the food itself wasn’t bad, the service left much to be desired. A special mention goes to the lovely lady walking around refilling coffee; she was incredibly friendly and had a warm, inviting smile.

would give 0 stars if I could! what a joke, Placed a pick up order at 6:38 PM, was told it would be ready at 7:10 pm, I get there at 7:08 park in a spot and call, we are sorry, we dont have your order ready yet, I sat there in my car waiting until about 7:50 PM heard no word, called the line a few times was given no answer, and I pre paid for this!!!! I ended up leaving and no answer to why my food was late, and again I pre paid! wont be going back, horrible customer service, and horrible management, hoping I get my money back from food I never received, what a shame

I know the sausage is pre-cooked, but at least cook it or microwave it long enough to have it warm for the customers. It was like they took it out of the refrigerator and threw it on the plate! Yuck!
