The guy that took our order was great but when we got up to the window we asked for extra sauce and the lady acted as if we weren’t allowed to have any. We then tried to simply ask for extra and she then explains how she already put sauce in the bag. Very irritating.

This was our first visit to Bojangles in Zanesville. What a wonderful experience! The crew were so welcoming and friendly. I had a few questions, which were answered quickly and efficiently. The food was very good, fresh and tasty. I absolutely know we will visit again and have another great experience.

Stopped in early morning. Service was fantastic. The coffee was great. I had the steak and biscuit combo which was okay but for my taste the biscuit was a little over done.

This is our new favorite restaurant. I’ve only ordered online, but I never have to worry about them including sauces, napkins, and utensils. They really do a great job and the food quality is so good!!! Thanks for always getting our orders right and taking the time to get everything accurate the first time. Oh, and they have the best chicken biscuit that I’ve literally been looking for so long. McDonald’s was too chewy for me. I’m picky too with textures. We will be back to see you!

This Bojangles doesn't have bone in chicken??? They also didn't design the drive thru properly (associate told us) so they have someone (even when not busy) stand outside to take orders because they didn't put a 2nd speaker in? I LOVE Bojangles but this was the weirdest experience ever. The fries were also old and cold.
