Sitting in the drive thru chick said she would be right with me instead she took orders from 4 different vehicles in the other lane.

There gotten much better - there food is terrific
I’d give zero if it would let me. We went through the drive thru around 11:45-12 today and the lady who took our order, who I would come to find out is named “Bonnie” was immediately rude a snippy from the minute she came over the intercom. Kept interrupting me throughout the order and cut me off before I could let her know I had a coupon to use. I figure no biggie, I can just present it at the window to pay. The young man working the pay window was very kind, but he did need to go ask for an override to correct. Up walks Bonnie, not able to take the coupon, but to verbally attack me for not letting her know about it at my initial order. I stated that I didn’t know it was such a big deal, but she didn’t really let me finish before telling me to pull forward. She storms off and a female manager comes back to add the coupon, never speaking to me or making eye contact, but made sure to roll her eyes before going back up front. The young man repeatedly apologized, as it was obvious he was embarrassed by his coworkers’ behavior. We get up to the front window and Bonnie continues her brand of customer service, being rude to the other people ordering and handing out our food without a word. I repeatedly said “thank you” every time she handed something out to me, but I never got a word. Oh well, I’m sure my review will do nothing, but no matter how nice you are the the majority of the staff at the Maple Ave BK, they will hate your entire existence. Oh and hopefully they were just out of toys and crowns and Bonnie didn’t take her frustrations out on my children! Not that I should have to say it, but won’t be back ✌🏼

Got a whopper with cheese and it was exactly how I ordered it and fresh! Guy at the the drive thru was super friendly. First time coming to this location and I’ll be back

I would like to say that I will never go back. The speakers apparently don’t work in the drive through what so ever. Had to pull to the first window ordered the food and got an attitude from the lady taking my order. When I received the food and went to eat it I realized that every sandwich was literally plain. No pickles no condiments. Ordered the cheese sticks and they came with no marinara sauce and had to tell them 2 times i never got my drink. Every person in the store has an AirPod in so that could be a reason they can’t hear or listen, or do their damn job.

Went through the drive thru I only ordered three things pretty simple I thought... a 4 pack of the jalapeño bites which they didn't have ranch to go with,a milkshake and a whopper junior.I could have sworn they said $12 didn't look at my reciept they handed me out just the milkshake and the jalapeño bites.I tried to tell the lady I was missing whopper junior which I got the response it's not on your reciept after being ignored a good 3 minutes.I know 100 percent I ordered it i think she did to.I was not offered to just have it added on.I would have paid for it right there and pulled aside.I was just offered a rude look and attitude.I don't know what this lady wanted me to do but obviously it's to much to ask them to fix their mistake.This has happened multiple times at this location usually not my sandwich though.I finally said F this to her and drove off as she slammed the window in my face.When a customer has a problem you fix it.customer is always right i should have been offered to pay and get my sandwich. This place is a joke..no wonder they can't keep staff.Got to give props to the one good male that works there it was a all female staff at the windows today.Ive worked there this is not protocol.

Was at the maysville ave location and the manager James was very rude especially when customers came up with a complaint told me and others he don't care McDonald's is just down the road

All i went here to get was a Hershey's Chocolate Shake. Best chocolate shake of the mainstream burger places in central Ohio. Super thick and chocolaty.

Jan-30-2016 the lobby was colder than it was outside. My order was was entered incorrectly. Three items. Two of them wrong and both cold. The lobby was disgusting. Floors dirty. Booths not wiped down. Table tops were covered with dried soda and food. Will not go back. Honestly I would like to eat there more often but after this experience I can't.
My god no wonder their ratings are so low. I ordered two rodeo burgers in the drive through. They asked me to pull forward. I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes and at least 4 cars have gone through the drive thru with their orders since I’ve been here. I can’t give you an honest opinion about the food because I have yet to receive it. These employees act like it’s an inconvenience for you to come to their drive thru and order food, that’s the tone in their voice. This is on Maple Ave in zanesville, Ohio. It should not be this bad for the busiest area in zanesville.
I have been a customer at this location for years. I live right down the road & grew up close to Maple Ave. I do have a busy life & do have to get fast food more than I want to admit. This location gets my order wrong every single time. Yesterday was no exception! The food was all wrong & the employees always have to get the manager! She's in her 30s Id say. I always feel disrespected by this lady & maybe it's because of my skin color. She's not only rude to me but every single time is rude to the employees in front of me! As one girl was trying to explain to her in a very low sweet tone of voice she abruptly cut her off and said " stop it with your come backs to me" She can't explain what's going on? This wasn't the first time this managers behavior has made me feel very uncomfortable! It's bad enough that my food is always wrong but to belittle employees in front of customers one could only imagine how she treats them when no one is watching! I've been a manager for years & do know this is not the way you build a team who works well for you! However, this does explain why I see the scared new employees faces quite often. Yes it is a convenience for me to go to this location but, I would not recommend doing so. Nor expect the order to be correct. The manager will treat you as it's your fault or act like you are trying to steal what you just paid for even if you just bought it! Also, treating the employees like this when there are so many jobs to be had is ridiculous and considered abuse in my book! Imagine being a burger king manager and being on a power trip lol is it a wonder why they can't keep an employee? I don't normally give reviews but couldn't believe this location.
I would never recommend Maple Ave. I have tried calling corporate with no response, so I have sent emails and will continue to contact them until someone responds and listens! I also will drive further if I want bk but could never recommend this location & by word of mouth. I will make sure that any and all people are aware of what this location is really about.
