They need to staff better for lunch. Waiting to order 3 people deep at the counter isn't exactly fast food. Not acknowledging the people at counter ready to order indicates no time soon.

After spending 25 minutes in the drive through just to order an 8pc nugget, and 2 of the 2 whopper jrs for 5 bucks we got 2 burgers that didnt even have a meat patty on them and the nuggets were so dry it was like trying to eat cardboard.. so ready for them to take Burger king out of there an put something in that wont take up your whole lunch break trying to order food.

Service was sketchy, only one table cleaned in dining room, almost no customers the entire time we where there. When the staff wasn't busy they would disappear into a back room out of sight, no cleaning. The bathroom was dirty, tables and kitchen where also dirty. Has customers looking for staff as we left. Overall I won't be back to this location should have gone to Wendy's, for better experience.

Service is a little slow because this store is understaffed but the food is always on point.

I ordered a Whopper, a large onion ring, and a mozzarella stick on the app. I went in store to get my food and was polite and told them “Hi I’m here for my order” the women bags it then walks over and throws it down infront of me and says “tell them we’re out of mozzarella sticks” and I said “I’m sorry who” because she had assumed I was a doordasher and I let her know it was my order and she just stood there and looked at me didn’t offer a replacement, didn’t offer a refund, didn’t offer any type of assistance what so ever. And when I finally asked if I could then have a refund she said I’d have to do it online since I placed the order through the app. So I walked out mildly irritated about the service I received. I then contacted Burger King support to have my money refunded for the portion of the order I didn’t receive and they only offered me a coupon of equal value. And when I told them no I wouldn’t like a coupon because I didn’t appreciate the service I had received and how the situation was handled they support agent then tells me they can’t offer me a refund for the missing item I had, and that they would only be able to offer a coupon. It’s not like I wanted my whole order refunded, I just wanted the part that I never received refunded. This is absolutely ridiculous. The food wasn’t awful, wasn’t the best either though. But with the customer service they have in store and online, definitely not the place to go if you’re looking for a nice quick meal with no hassle especially if your order is incorrect and you want a refund.

Employees are great but they always seem to treat the drive thru as a priority. Which unfortunately means you might have to wait to be acknowledged if you're ordering

Ya know - most BKs are really falling downhill...but not this one! While relatively new - it was clean, the food was served piping hot and fresh and the service was spot-on. Bravo BK - send these people to help other stores see how it's done!

While in this restaurant which was more than adequately staffed, but quite slow due to a lot of unnecessary conversating between the employees, they decided they would lock the doors so no one else would come inside, so that it would be "easier" for them. This was at 4:15 in the afternoon! It should also be noted that the dining room was mostly empty and they weren't exactly being flooded with customers, making this entire decision extremely superfluous and egregious. This didn't affect us directly, but we saw others who had trailers and the like that parked along the hill and walked all the way up to the restaurant only to be denied entry. They clearly weren't able to go through the drive-through, and so had to find somewhere else to accommodate them. I would not eat here again because of this attitude, nor would I recommend it. This is the sort of behavior that keeps franchises from being able to stay in the black, destroys customer confidence in the chain, and causes irreparable harm to the brand. The employees involved should be canned immediately and a public apology for the area should be made on behalf of Burger King!

Burger King still hasn't figured out how to server a HOT burger...or, for that matter, hot food period.
