This Chipotle is newer & at the other end of Zanesville. As always, the food & service were great, & the atmosphere was much nicer at this store than our experience at the other Chipotle. The music was nicer & not irritating like the other one.Vegetarian options: There is a veggie burrito bowl & a Sofritas bowl (tofu), which my husband had half of each. Those could be burritos, but we always get bowls.Parking: We used my handicap placard & parked fairly close to the door.Kid-friendliness: There was a family with a toddler & a baby while we were there, & they did fine sitting at a long bench with seats opposite. The baby was fussy, but the parents had room to trade off & keep them quiet.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps, sloped curbs, & tables that can accommodate a wheelchair.

Doordash two bowls I was going to get off work late so I wanted to make sure my wife ate and mine was in the refrigerator I get home now I ordered double chicken brown rice corn salsa hot sauce Cheese sour cream now when you get double chicken I think you charge you almost $5 for that other scoop on door Dash so I paid probably almost $16 for this bowl when I opened it it barely had any chicken could barely see the sour cream very little if any cheese but they packed the rice in I would never order from this Chipotle's again they are so inconsistent every one of them it's terrible like everybody said make your own damn food at home if that disappointed well I'm disappointed actually I'm freaking pissed

Initial walk in smelled of rancid chicken… rice being the foundation of the bowls why is what you have out there at 1:pm on a Monday ok to yall #Disgusting …. Rice looked like wet

This was not my first time eating chipotle but it was my first experience at this location as well as my first time with “chipotlane”. The food was absolutely amazing and they gave me great portions. I also think chipotlane is a great option for those who don’t want to get out of their car. The staff also worked very quickly and the building was very clean. Would definitely recommend this location over the other chipotle in zanesville!
