The delivery driver was extremely rude and snatched the clipboard out of my hand. I will not be ordering from you guys again if you have people that are rude working for you. This is unacceptable and uncalled for and doesnt show good customer service.

My pizza was not even cooked to doneness let alone the well done cook I asked for. Cheese bread was cheese dough bread disgusting! I must have ordered right before close they just threw it together. What a waste of my $26! Still hungry I won’t eat that crap .

It was the easiest I’ve EVER ordered food online! The female employee at the pick up window at the South Zanesville location was very pleasant and knew what she was doing! Subs were PERFECT and much much better than Subway will ever be! Thank you!

Go file a complaint with the BBB with any issues with customer service with Crenos anywhere. The owner refuses to work with any complaint. I have a closed case with them on the BBB website. they need held more accountable than just negative reviews

Got 3 salads and a sub found hair in the sub and 2 of the salads and a piece of cardboard in the 3rd salad and called back they kept telling me to talk to the owner 3 to 4 days later finally got a hold of him and he called me a liar. And he most likely won't do anything about it. This place is a disgrace and they don't care about their customers. I wouldn't recommend them at all and I would avoid the south Zanesville location.
