2.5 stars. Had to put 3 stars. Would give more, but the amount of times customers stiff the drivers is ridiculous. They dont get the delivery fee, so stop tipping based in that. And if other companies give the delivery fee to their drivers, it's partially to make up for the Customers who don't tip, or for those who think $1 or $2 is a good tip. If crenos drivers get stiffed, they don't make money. Do you work for free or work for slave wages? If not, then tip your drivers. Plain and simple. They have kids to feed and bills to pay just like you do. Can't tip, don't order delivery. Go pick it up.

I have not eaten at this particular location but I have had Creno's in New Concord and Cambridge Ohio. They usually don't listen and add mushrooms if busy, sauce gives me heart burn, it's not bad just those 2 things are a issue for my family and I.

My husband was hungry for pizza and I told him I would order one for him and I ordered myself a house salad. His pizza was a 14 inch pepperoni pizza with double cheese which is what he always orders. I ordered the pizza to be delivered and they said it would be delivered about 6:35. I told my husband what time it was to be delivered and left the tip for him to give to the driver. I had some things I had to do around the house. At 6:55 it still had not been delivered so I called Crenos again. They told me they were short a delivery person and they were trying to find one from another store and it would be delivered in about 20 minutes (which would make the delivery time be about 7:15. At 7:50 I called them again to see where our pizza was and they explained that they couldn't find the pizza and did I want them to make a new one and deliver it? I told them NO since it was going on 2 and a half hours since I ordered it and we still had nothing! Megan (the girl I talked with) was very nice and apologetic but I asked her why they didn't tell me when I called at 6:55 that they couldn't locate the pizza? She said she was not aware that I had called a second time and she would check into it! That was all I got~I did mention it would have been nice if they would have told me at 6:55 that they couldn't find the pizza instead of me having to call back a third only to find that out!! It sound like they need to communicate with each other a little more :(
