This is absolutely the best DQ I have ever been to. The service was absolutely amazing the staff were super helpful and nice. The food was terrific and right on time. If you are ever in the area this is a #1 go to place!

Super polite employee guy, didn't catch his name. Very kind and I appreciated his relaxed, genuine apology about not being able to make my order due to the machine for it being broken. Ordered something else and it was delicious. They're all doing their best, I noticed that their door dash orders were stacked but that there was also a good handful of people there in person in line, plus the drive through. Don't beat them up over forgotten order items, they're trying really hard.

Let's start by understanding that I have different standards for stars in these ratings, just like I do for my own tastebuds, if I'm eating at Dairy Queen, I'm not using fine restaurant taste buds or stars. So, this Dairy Queen was 5 star... for a Dairy Queen. No big order this time, just a Blizzard but when you need a Blizzard the only place you're going to get one is a Dairy Queen. This one met all the requirements.

I usually go to the Dairy Queen in frazeysburg. But I was in town and decided to give this one a try. Huge mistake ordered here for the first time use the online mobile app. Ordered a six piece chicken tender meal. Went to pick my food up the two young men at the front was highly rude. Got all the way home and opened my box to a three-piece and very little fries. Needless to say, I’ll never be back at this Dairy Queen location again.

Waited 15 minutes just for nasty cold food! Queso cheese was hard explain that? Hard? Pretzels were wet and cold.. I went in after waiting 15 minutes bc we was told to pull off to the side when I went in I stood there and the “man” and “women” there looked at me and then turned back around laughing ! Not a good experience and this would not be the first time ! And with the reviews I see as is and how nasty the environment is and even just looks they should not be running a business ! I myself work for fast food and that’s honestly unacceptable and It will b known

The chilli cheese dogs were cold, the cheese would not even melt, we even have to park so I thought it would be hot and fresh. Guess I was wrong, fries were old and cold, very disappointed with the experience as a whole.

They forgot my sandwich, my blizzard wasn't even mixed up. When I drove all the way back from home to get my food that I paid for and didn't get, it was cold and they didn't even remake it.
My family and I ordered blizzards and cones. Everyone's was great, but mine. I had the new Reese cookie dough blizzard. I figured it would have been amazing! The cookie dough bites, must be spoiled. They taste sour. 🤢 I know it wasn't the vanilla ice cream itself because others had vanilla and theirs was fine!

I ask for a cup carrier and the girl gets an attitude. And then I didn’t get all my stuff. And they act like I was wrong for wanting what I just bought! They were really rude.

It's literally the worst DQ I have ever been to. I gave it multiple chances on multiple menu items. And it is garbage. The DQ on the other side of Zanesville is so much better. To the point that they might as we'll be two completely different restaurant organizations. My food was clearly made hours before I got it. Both the burger and fries. And on other occasions, I gave the ice cream a try and even that's jacked up. I've lived and traveled all over the country. And this is the worst DQ I've gone to. From the tip of Florida to Oregon. By far, absolute trash. Do not waste your daily calorie intake at the location on maple. Hot ice cream and cold burgers.

Saw a guy with a tattoo on his neck, getting frustrated because the untrained employees weren't pitching in the way they needed to. My 2nd trip here for a medium chocolate shake, which you guys got WRONG the first time making it as thin as cold milk when I asked for a thick one. They did make it right when I called in and had to come back. This time they made it right the first time but put very little chocolate syrup to it. Here's a good business montra. " We might get it right on the 2nd try." Probably doesn't help that they only pay thses zombies just over 10 an hour.
