Called in an order. They called me back, said the system crashed. Needed my address again. Gave them all the info. Called back 30 mins later to see where my delivery was. Told my order had been refunded because they couldn't reach me! Order from somewhere else!

I actually came to like this dominos I ordered wings n a cookie also a 2 liter of coka cola classic and they forgot to bring my coka cola classic but I mentioned it to the delivery guy and they brought it back out to me with no hesitations! …….Good Job !Dominos Thank u for the quick delivery !

The atmosphere was quite dark. It made it kind of depressing inside. Not unclean just dark color scheme. Got a 5 topping pizza. Next time I will have to order triple cheese and see if it is like a double cheese then. Definitely didn't seem like double cheese. Kids were probably afraid to put any cheese on it because it's an expensive item. The old folks didn't want to try it because the sausage was shaped like worms. They were like kids saying what is that? And then it didn't help that there was gristly fat in the sausage, . Rendering some of it unchewable..... But the crust was really delicious. And the three kids working were courteous and tried to be helpful.

Don't order from here.. put in a order and hour went by nothing when online it said 17 to 26 minutes. So an hour later I call wait on hold for almost 20 minutes hang up immediately called back guy said please hold i said no asked him about my order. After 5 or 6 minutes of hearing nothing but confusion in the background got told it would be at minimum 45 more minutes.. im not waiting around for 2 hours for subpar pizza. Papa Johns it is for my family tonight.

When I went to pick up my order this evening, I ordered through the app and checked in before I went inside. I stood inside the lobby, waiting to pick up my order with many other people, being IGNORED by all 6 employees behind the counter. The folks working there were actively ignoring everyone in the lobby, although our orders were sitting there on the rack, getting cold. Customer Service really needs some work.
The food cold n ordered at 2 pm 230 app said Timothy is pulling up he never got to my place til 315 n was gonna leave it on neighbors porch til she came out yelling at him the mgr don't do anything drivers speed in the neighborhood with kids playing n he handed me my pizza so hard box of bread bites fell on porch n paper plates in yard n he walked away no apology but gave me the middle finger.... Nice dominos list mine n few neighbors business at East store......

This evening my family and I ordered a cheese pizza and a specialty pizza from Domino's East only to find that it had a very long black hair baked into the crust along with the cheese. The crust was supposed to be their delicious new advertised New York style pizza, and sadly we were just giving the original pan style pizza.
Upon calling they argued with us about finding the dark hair inside of our pizza that was clearly baked with inside the cheese and crust.

Ordered a pizza. They said a hour and a half. At 2 hours my wife calls to check on order. Person that answered the phone said the driver is getting ready to leave. 3 hrs wife calls. Now there is no order but they will refund credit card after wife asks for refund. Never again. Not really anyplace left in this town to order food from. Crazy. Thanks Domino's. Now wife is HANGRY.
