I am one that I've worked at fast food, and get being busy. But there has been several times now I have ordered about 15 minutes ahead and STILL wait when I walk inside because my order is behind the counter. I try to get the crews attention but most of them are too busy chatting amongst each other and gossiping. I get glances but nothing other than that. Every morning I stop by it is like this. That and the drive always wrapped around the building because of how slow it can be. Better off going in the afternoon I always seem to get better service then.

Ordered our food and had a whole tray of the donuts we ordered people behind us got their food before us and another worker off the clock that ordered after us. Having conversation behind counter that shouldn't be said while on the clock coming from a girl that used to work in food industry that's a no no.

Order our food and drinks, got our drinks but had to wait forever for our food. As an employee who was not working came in and got everything before we got our food and donuts. Other customers coming in and getting their food and out the door as we still sit here waiting. By the time they get to our donuts they have now ran out of what we had ordered.

Whatever happened to the days when counter was more important than the drive thru. Coffee was horrible even after being patient and waiting. Seven Brew here I come! I rather wait and get a good cup of coffee. Oh and this isn't my first run with DD but it's my last.

Why did I pay almost $4 for some bacon bits. It claimed to have 8 half pieces. Also forgot my sandwich. I would give zero stars if I could.

I like duncans just got to make sure you're very specific on how you order your coffee. I would recommend service is great food's great! They always got a decent little $5 deal. Nice snack. Highly recommend it

If you’re looking for good coffee, go down the road to 7Brew. Even if they mess your order up, it still tastes good. Dunkin gives you coffee with grounds, no flavor, no cream(even though you ordered it with all of that).

We go to dunkins almost every sunday. This sunday the cashier we had was clearly new and didn't know how ring items in, but nobody seemed to want to help her either. Also I'm not sure why but most of the employees were in what looked like pajamas as opposed to some kind of uniform. They looked like they just crawled out of bed. Our drinks were good and came out quick however we never got our donuts. After waiting a little bit I went back to the counter to ask and everyone just blamed our cashier who finally got our donuts. Overall not our best experience today.
