We go to dunkins almost every sunday. This sunday the cashier we had was clearly new and didn't know how ring items in, but nobody seemed to want to help her either. Also I'm not sure why but most of the employees were in what looked like pajamas as opposed to some kind of uniform. They looked like they just crawled out of bed. Our drinks were good and came out quick however we never got our donuts. After waiting a little bit I went back to the counter to ask and everyone just blamed our cashier who finally got our donuts. Overall not our best experience today.

I went to use my QR code for my rewards account and I handed the girl my money to pay. I said I would like to use the app, she ignored me and slammed the window on my face. After she goes to hand me my change I ask again to use my app but she says there’s nothing she can do, handed me my drink and slammed the window again. Drink was good though but my donut was stale

Tried the Sausage sandwich. It was very good but a little expensive at $5.19 each no deals like 2 for $3.00. The Donuts seem a little expensive for a dozen $14.49.
