10 minute wait for our drinks. Then freezer burned wings. Burned Buffalo chips, burned pizza,over done breadsticks, flat pop, not enough forks. Crust tasted like cardboard. Napkins, forks and straws thrown onto the table like we were a bother the the waitress. Meal took over an hour and a half and was a waste.

I called in my order and picked it up. I got the veggie pizza, but the crust was very soggy and stuck to the paper under it. I've never had this issue before, and the food is usually amazing. I'm hoping this was just a one-time thing. The staff were very friendly and professional.

decent pizza, pretty good house salad. green peppers on the pizza would have been better if they were cooked before putting on the pizza. woman working the pickup counter was friendly and it is convenient to the hotels right off the interstate.
On our way back to Columbus we stopped at Earls and was greeted so well by the owner. We thought we missed the business hours however the owner was so welcoming and professional. If you’re ever coming through Zanesville and want a good pizza I highly recommend.

Ordered thin crust, which they said they could do, but it was undercooked regular crust. Very soggy from the juice of the banana peppers on it. The toppings were hardly baked. Will not return again after trying this pizza for the third time.

Ordered a thin crust but it wasn’t thin and it was not cooked long enough. The dough was mushy from the banana pepper juice that was on it. Probably won’t order again. This was our third try ordering from here.
