I ordered through GrubHub, order was never picked up. Fazolis had made the food in a timely manner and it was delicious. They offered to remake the food when I called them about the order. Excellent customer service.

The young lady that took our order was very kind and pleasant, but...the side salad had old lettuce that was brown and never should have been served. The new 4 cheese stuffed shells were ok but I won't be ordering them again. The bread sticks were fresh and delicious. I normally like our fazoli's but today was disappointing.

Silk is SO amazing! We had terrific service and food. We will definitely come back again.Parking: The parking lot is easy to access.Kid-friendliness: Silk was so kind to offer coloring pages for my kids to use. She was very attentive and polite. She interacted well with my kids!
