Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Food was very good. Employee, however, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Mackinzi took my to go order and charged me sales tax even though I only got a burger. Ohio doesn't have a sales tax on food items when it is ordered to go. When I politely explained this and tried to show her that my receipt said dine in as opposed to to go, she snapped at me and refused to refund my money as she stormed off into the back of the restaurant disappearing out of view. I won't be back. Shame though, because the food is delicious

Customer service here is a 10 for sure, I would go back alone on how friendly and welcoming the employee who assisted me was! This was my first visit and will definitely not be my last 🫶🫶🫶

Pretty good shakes! A Small that is about 8 fluid ounces costs about 4 bucks, then a large is about 16 fluid ounces costs about 7? With tax was about 14 dollars for the two and took about 5-8 minutes.

Really enjoyed the shakes, on the pricy side.

Didn’t even try food , the appearance of the place when I walked in was awful. Things on the floor , toilet was about to overflow, (plugged up . ) I blame management when things look this bad , If a place is extremely busy , it is still up to management to send someone , or take over themselves to do a run through of your restaurant, a 5 minute run through could have picked up or swept up things on the floor and plunged the toilet.

Cook vaping in restaurants touching pony tail and beard with gloves on. Trash over flowing. Forgot bacon added to order. Asked for bacon and never received it or any explanation for not getting it. Would not recommend. Wasted $65…

Great service and great customer service!! I believe she was a manager, didn’t catch her name unfortunately. She was absolutely great and so nice!! We came 10 minutes before close and she was still so nice about us dinning in and didn’t care at all! Food was great even though it was right before close! 🤗

Fantastic Milkshake

Food was good and customer service was ok

Food is solid. I love that you can get any sandwich as a lettuce wrap. This location seemed a bit aged. Ice machine and men's room were out if order.
