Honestly ruined my night. I was super excited to get jimmy’s again and they was charged for an extra sub, had both of my subs toasted without asking, and had them soak through the paper and the bag and cover my seat cover in whatever was leaking from them. I’m very disappointed and this was at Zanesvilles location.

We get Jimmy John's all the time, literally multiple times a month, and have never had an issue with the customer service until today. We live close to 20 miles away from the store, and my wife has an allergy to one of the ingredients that we asked them to remove. We got home and found that it not only had that ingredient but also other ingredients that we asked them not to put on. When we called the store, they said that we call all the time (we have only called the store once, this time) and they refused to help us unless we brought the sandwich almost 20 miles back.

Manager is about as friendly as a cactus, said hi to him got no response. Ordered my meal, paid and said thanks, again got no response he just walked away. Shouldn’t be working with the public.

In the Zanesville Ohio store.. I went in to order a 16i nch Hunter's sub. I sat down to wait on my order. I was on my phone and as I was notified via text messages that I had a friend that died from a wreck. As I was reading in shock but didn't want everyone noticing my expression of it till I got to the car. The female cashier tried to call out to me stating my order was done.. I was dazed about the flash backs of the time we had before he does.. didn't take my name that day. A guy maybe 18-21 looking tall dealing with the drink station just screaming at me instead of being professional and just came to me in person to tell me! I was embarrassed. I do have a speech impediment. Mikey Black was a great employee. He wasn't there that day this happened.

I just discovered the unwich, I am in love with this! The Zanesville store is nice and clean and the employees are fast and have been extremely friendly! Definitely recommend! Edit: I sent feedback to corporate, thanks again for making a great "sandwich" for someone who can't have the bread in a regular sandwich!

Awful. My first time there and the staff wasn't helpful. I was shocked with how much a 16 inch combo meal costs. Subs are all bread with very little meat and toppings. Ours didn't taste that fresh. Bread was hard to chew. I wasn't aware all the subs were made cold either. The desserts were good....that was it. Subway is cheaper and so much better. Oh, and charging me .25 cents for a cup of water?! Every place I've ever been to offers free cups of water. This chain seems overrated.
