Took the wife for her Birthday. Eatting and drinking when the wife notices a worm frozen in a ice cube. After looking in the Shaker found more worms. Show the staff they took the drinks off and didn't let anyone's else enjoying the same ice know. Staff did tell me they would burn the ice bin. Quality of this location just isn't there dont recommend it.

We planned to eat elsewhere today but they were closed for the holiday and stopped in as a substitution. Our server was Chris, who instantly connected with us over my wife's shirt, then continued to match our vibe for the entire meal. He made suggestions without overstepping, used personal experience to add to those, took care of all of our needs, and kept our drinks topped the entire time. The food was amazing, just as he said it would be. After a very difficult weekend in my personal life, Chris made this dining experience extremely enjoyable, friendly, and a pleasure overall.

Had lunch at Longhorn and it was the best experience ever - waiter Chris was astounding at what he does! Super kind and friendly, struck of a conversation with my partner and I, made us feel like we were his only table while also taking care of everyone around us. Before even realizing our drinks were low he was asking if we wanted refills. And he recommended apps and add-ons for the steaks we had and they were utterly amazing. 10/10 would recommend this location but 100/10 would recommend Chris! Also, there was a beautiful tribute to our fallen heroes. Loved the entire experience! Thank you, Zanesville Longhorn!
