Through the years previous owners I've had some real nice food there just recently my wife and I got a pizza and it was not a good experience could have just been a fluke but it makes us think twice about ordering it again

Went there this evening with my Wife, Brother, and Sister in-law. Service was abysmal. The waitress brought only half of the meals, and forgot to provide silverware for everyone. It took approximately 25 minutes for everyone to receive their food ( we ordered 3 chef salads, and 2 medium Tornado ( all the way style pizzas). The first pizza was fully cooked, the second pizza which was forgotten about by the cook staff, was only partially cooked and soggy.

Hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever attempted to consume in my entire life. Food took around 45 minutes to get, when it did arrive, they brought salad and seemingly forgot to make our pizza, to which it arrived another 15-20 minutes later in a cardboard box, despite being a dine in order. When we attempted to eat the pizza, we discovered that it was so undercooked and wet that the cardboard box stuck to the pizza, making it inedible. Needless to say, we left 3/4 of said pizza at the table upon leaving and obviously left zero tip. Additionally, they also did not bring us plate or forks to eat with, to which we had to go to the cash register to request these items.

The waitress tonight was clearly beyond stressed out this Saturday with her power walking everywhere and gasping for air and sounding exasperated when she talked to you. She couldn’t remember a drink order and who it belonged to after we corrected her on what the drink was and she could not remember who it belonged to(again) when she brought it over the next time. We ordered boneless wings and got BONE IN which I would not recommend to anyone as these do NOT COMPARE to Chef Shack in Buckeye Lake with the lack of crispy skin and the lack of sauce on them. These taste like they were cooked from frozen. You do make good boneless wings but that was not what we got today even though we ordered it. No point in correcting it since the waitress couldn’t handle nor get the drinks right nor the order correct so it was absolutely pointless to let her know the bone in wings were not what we ordered and were bad tasting. I could have heated up frozen bone in wings at home and they would have tasted better than what we got. Please stick to BONELESS wings if a customer tells you that’s what they want because BONE IN IS GROSS AND TASTES LIKE ITS REHEATED FROM FROZEN! If you’re going to compete with bone in and give this to customers when they didn’t order it at least try to match Chef Shack quality please. We know not to come to dine in on Saturdays and will stick to coming during the week because that was horrific and disappointing for us to come with our extended family. But your pizza is 10/10 hands down is the highlight of the trip is the main pro from this weird Saturday service received

The food was absolutely delicious! The pizza that I had was one of the best! Lots and lots of toppings. The sauce was spectacular and the crust was very fresh and good. The salad was good but it really could have used more than just cheese and tomatoes. Maybe a little onion but I really went for the pizza and I was not disappointed

Worst pizza we have ever had from there. Got it home and the pizza was all soggy and the cheese was half off. So I then called and was told they don’t have anyone in charge for me to talk to. Ridiculous. Really think that will be our last time there.
We always get a pizza or other food. Here we drive 20 minutes to get it one way but this last pizza . Large Meat lovers with extra meat and cheese was one of the worst pizzas we have gotten from them everything was piled in the middle and their is no way it had extra meat and cheese on it . Crust was soggy and tasted like crap. Probably be a long while if ever before we buy another from kecks. Probably my fault for trusting that it would be a good pizza like all the past food purchases and not lifting the lid to look at it. I did take a pic of the pizza but haven't found out how to post it on this review...and they wasn't busy so their was no reason for it other then sloppy work... very disappointed customer...
