McDonald's in Zanesville

“This was the best McDonalds I have visited in a long while! We visited for breakfast. The hashbrowns were thick and actually felt like you were eating potato. The steak egg bagel was cooked wonderfully and seasoned perfectly. It tasted like theybused to 10 years ago. The staff were super friendly and quick. I only had to wait about 5 minutes between ordering and getting my food! Highly recommend this location!“

“I went inside to order. The cashier came to the register right away and took my order. The food was ready by the time I got my drink. The only thing I didn't like from this visit was the Coke Zero I wanted was out, so I got Diet Coke instead, which tasted flat. On the plus side, the chicken nuggets I got were hot! ?

Parking: There are multiple parking spots up front for mobile orders and multiple for drive-thru waiting. There's approximately 30 other parking spots.

Kid-friendliness: There are booths that kids can be seated around and adults seated on the outside.“

“It's crazy. If you want the order to be right. That never happens. pay 20 bucks get 5 of food. Cold fries. They have more manger's then a bar has beer . They don't work. Hit a THC vape and just get there. And it's a break time. Night shit is worst. Never rotate there food tables. Leave dishes for the next morning. And rude. Can't say thank you. Go-to 209 store. Owned by same corporate entity.“

“Not sure who the night manager and staff are at this McDonald's. But they are fantastic. I left the hospital last night at 1:30am. Went through to get a sandwich, fries and a coffee. Got to the window and the manger said I tried the coffee, it sucked and the fries aren't hot. So I'm making a new pot of coffee and a fresh batch of fries for you. That's freaking amazing customer service. They could have easily taken the easy way and gave me old coffee and cold fries and sent me on my way. They went the extra mile to deliver great service and fresh hot food at that time of night and should be commended for it. So thank you!“
