McDonald's in Zanesville

“I didn't go in but I went through the drive-thru and the lady that was taking the money it was very nice when she interacted with me as well as when she interacted with my daughter showing her her beautiful nails just something you don't see going through a drive through normally it's just rushed and very rude but this lady was busy but wasn't a rush to hurry people through she made sure she was cool calm and collected I wish I knew her name cause I'd mention it here she was just so polite and nice“

“For a McDonalds this is actually a really great place. The food was what was expected. The service including the general Manager went above to serve us as we stopped by. And we were able to let our son experience the play area as I was able to do as a child myself.“

“I went inside to order. The cashier came to the register right away and took my order. The food was ready by the time I got my drink. The only thing I didn't like from this visit was the Coke Zero I wanted was out, so I got Diet Coke instead, which tasted flat. On the plus side, the chicken nuggets I got were hot! ?

Parking: There are multiple parking spots up front for mobile orders and multiple for drive-thru waiting. There's approximately 30 other parking spots.

Kid-friendliness: There are booths that kids can be seated around and adults seated on the outside.“

“Not sure who the night manager and staff are at this McDonald's. But they are fantastic. I left the hospital last night at 1:30am. Went through to get a sandwich, fries and a coffee. Got to the window and the manger said I tried the coffee, it sucked and the fries aren't hot. So I'm making a new pot of coffee and a fresh batch of fries for you. That's freaking amazing customer service. They could have easily taken the easy way and gave me old coffee and cold fries and sent me on my way. They went the extra mile to deliver great service and fresh hot food at that time of night and should be commended for it. So thank you!“
